Kristin Myers, PhD, LPC, LSC
I specialize in working with youth and the adults that are doing their best and more to raise them. I have nearly 20 years of mental health experience as a school counselor and as a professor of school counseling.
Kristin has a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision from the University of Northern Colorado. Kristin also has a Master of Art in School Counseling and a Bachelors degree in Psychology from the University of Northern Colorado.

Dr. Alison Sheesley, LPC
Professionally, I am a licensed professional counselor, counseling supervisor, and adjunct counseling professor with advanced training in play therapy and group therapy.
Personally, I am kind of an ambivert goofball once you get to know me. I like watching and doing silly improv comedy. I moved to Denver from New Orleans for graduate school and now live here with my husband and two children.
In my professional and personal experience, empathy is the foundation for healing—feeling deeply understood and accepted, despite all of our many imperfections.
